Online Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store, Famous Footwear items can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.

You'll need your:

6-digit order number (e.g from order # W30103418, use 103418)

Email, phone, or postcode used for the order
Follow the steps in the return portal. Once completed, you will receive emailed instructions. Please note a return can only be lodged once per style/order.
Requirements for Refund:

Items must be unworn and in original condition

Include the original box and packaging
Items not meeting these conditions will not be refunded. If you'd like them returned to you, postage will be at your expense.
Refunds are processed via your original payment method within 3–10 business days of Famous Footwear receiving your return.
Your postage charges on the return parcel are not refundable.
We recommend returning items via Australia Post with pre-paid postage. To protect your parcel, we advise using tracking and insurance, as Famous Footwear is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Promotional Returns
If your item was part of a promotion (e.g. Buy X Get Y% Off):

Full refund is only available if the entire order is returned

Partial returns are refunded at the discounted value
In-Store Purchases Returned by Post
If you purchased in-store but can’t return to a store:

A photo of the receipt

Photos of the shoes and the original box

Pack your return in the original box inside a satchel.

Include your name, phone number, and email inside the parcel.

5. Ship via Australia Post (at your cost) and keep tracking info.

Returns Made In Store
We accept returns for refund or store credit if:

Returned within 30 days

Item is unworn and in resalable condition

Proof of purchase is provided
Change-of-mind refunds: Available within 30 days only.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect:

Do not return via the portal.

Email: customercare@famousfootwear.com.au with your order details and photos.
If assessed as faulty, you’ll be offered a full refund, partial refund, replacement, or credit note.
Note: Wear and tear or damage from misuse is not considered a fault.

Cancelling or Amending Orders
To amend your order, contact us ASAP at customercare@famousfootwear.com.au.
As we work hard to get your order out to you quickly, your items are dispatched swiftly and, in most cases, we are unable to make amendments or cancellations.
If your order has already shipped, you may return it at your expense for a refund (minus shipping fees).
Unclaimed Deliveries & Restocking Fee
If a parcel is returned to us and we don't hear back from you within 30 days, we’ll refund the order minus a $12.95 restocking fee.
