What type of heels are easiest to walk in?
If you’re looking for a heel that is easy to walk in, make sure you choose a pair with a broader surface area, a comfy sole and straps that support your ankles. Styles that are great options for walking include wedges, block heels and kitten heels. Generally, the more practice you have walking in the heels, the easier it will be to walk in trickier styles like stilettos or pumps.
What is a comfortable heel height?
Heels below 3 inches, or around 7cm, will tend to be the most co mfortable, as they don’t put as much strain on your toes and the ball of your foot.
