How to Measure Your Size
1. You will need a ruler, pen, and a piece of A4 paper.
2. Place the piece of paper flat on the ground and stand on it. Make sure your foot is flat and your foot is in the middle of the piece of paper.
3. Draw a mark behind your heel and another in front of your longest toe. If one of your feet is larger than the other, use the longer foot to calculate your size.
4. Measure the distance between the the two lines.
5. Find your measurement on the ladies’ size chart above to determine your correct size. If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend taking into consideration whether you're purchasing a closed in shoe such as a boot or ballet flat and whether you'll be wearing socks or stockings.
Also remember your left and right foot will vary in length and width, so choose the size you think will be most comfortable for you.
Each shoe style is fit tested in Australia and we do everything we can to make a fit as close as possible to the correct AU standard sizing measurements.
Use these sizes and measurements as a guide only. You know your feet best!

Frequently asked questions about heels
What type of heels are easiest to walk in?
If you’re looking for a heel that is easy to walk in, make sure you choose a pair with a broader surface area, a comfy sole and straps that support your ankles. Styles that are great options for walking include wedges, block heels and kitten heels. Generally, the more practice you have walking in the heels, the easier it will be to walk in trickier styles like stilettos or pumps.
What is a comfortable heel height?
Heels below 3 inches, or around 7cm, will tend to be the most co mfortable, as they don’t put as much strain on your toes and the ball of your foot. If you are worried about heel comfort, look for styles with a smaller, wider heel and plenty of ankle support. The sole of the heel will also determine the level of comfort, so choose styles with a softer, more cushioned footpad
When to wear high heels?
In this day and age, you can wear your heels whenever you want! Of course, some workplaces and events will have dress codes that dictate if and when you can wear heels, but outside of that, the world is your oyster. Perhaps just avoid wearing them on the worksite, or if you’re planning on doing a lot of walking. Otherwise, find your favourite pair of heels and strut your stuff as you please.
