Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days from date on the sales invoice for a refund or 90 days for an exchange considering the items are returned in an unworn, original condition with their invoice and a returns form. Full details here.

Standard Delivery within Australia

Delivery charges are AUD$9.95 regardless of quantity and any order over AUD$69 receives FREE SHIPPING anywhere in Australia.
Please allow 1-6 working days for standard delivery to metropolitan areas (or 3-10 working days for rural areas).

Please note: Australia Post may experience extended delays of 5 business days or more due to the ongoing effects of COVID19. Please note estimated delivery dates can not be guaranteed and to allow additional days for transit.

New Zealand Delivery

Delivery charges are AUD$25.00 for one pair of shoes and AUD$5.00 for each additional pair purchased.
Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery to New Zealand metropolitan areas (excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post's control) 

Shipping Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Famous Footwear containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

Once your order is processed and shipped with Australia Post eParcel, we will send you a tracking number via email and you can track your order via http://www.auspost.com.au/track. Please allow a few hours for your parcel consignment note number to be registered in the Australia Post tracking system.

Please allow up to 4 working days for parcel to be dispatched.

As our Distribution Centre is located on the Gold Coast Queensland please allow a few extra days for delivery to Western Australia and Tasmania.

We display Australian women's shoe sizes.

How to Measure Your Shoe Size
To find out your shoe size, follow the instructions below. 

1. You will need a ruler, pen, and a piece of A4 paper. 

2. Place the piece of paper flat on the ground and stand on it. 
Make sure your foot is flat and your foot is in the middle. 
Measure one foot at a time. 

3. Draw a mark behind your heel.
Then another in front of your longest toe. 
If one of your feet is larger than the other, 
use the longer foot to calculate your size. 

4. Measure the distance between the two lines. 

5. Find your measurement on the ladies's size chart above.

If your measurement falls in between two sizes
it is at your discretion whether to round up or down in size.

Famous Footwear suggests rounding up for closed in shoe styles,
such as boots and ballets however takes no responsibility 
if the wrong size selection is made. 

Foot sizes vary dramatically in length and width,
as well as between left and right. 

Feet and are very rarely identical sizes. 
Take this into account when selecting your size. 

Please also take into account whether the style will be worn
with socks or stockings etc. 

Each shoe style is fit tested in Australia.
We do all we can to ensure that our fits are as close as possible
to the correct AU standard sizing measurements!
